Before using headphones

  • Turn the volume control to its lowest setting before putting on the headphones.

  • Put the headphones on.

  • Gradually increase the volume to a comfortable level.

While using headphones

  • Keep the volume as low as possible, especially in noisy environments where you might be tempted to raise the volume.

  • If you need to increase the volume, do so slowly and cautiously.

  • Be aware that ringing in the ears can be a sign that the volume is too high.

  • If you experience discomfort or ringing in your ears, stop using headphones immediately and consult a physician.

  • Discontinue use if the headphones cause significant discomfort.

  • Prolonged use at high volume may cause your ears to adapt to the sound level, potentially leading to permanent hearing damage without noticeable discomfort.
