On iOS devices:

1. Finish your current recording or select a recording from your recordings list.
2. Tap the Properties icon  on the recording screen.
3. Tap Edit in the top right corner.
4. Tap the field next to the desired label. In the fields Category, Worktype, and Author you can select a property from a drop-down list. In all other fields, you can type free text.
   Note: You can define your own custom properties for the labels Category, Worktype, and Author in Settings > Workflow.
5. Tap Done when you’re finished.

On Android devices:

1. Finish your current recording or select a recording from your recordings list.
2. Tap the Properties icon  on the recording screen.
3. Tap the field next to your desired label. In the fields Category, Worktype, and  Author you can select a property from a drop-down list. In all other fields, you can type free text.
   Note: For the labels Category, Worktype, and Author, you first need to define your own custom properties in Settings > Workflow.
4. Tap the Back key when you’re finished. The Save recording details pop-up window appears.
5. Tap Save.
