SpeechAir smart voice recorder: Wi-Fi as a key feature
The SpeechAir smart dictation device combines the advantages of a smartphone with those of a voice recorder. The slide switch allows intuitive operation of the SpeechAir, the noise suppression feature is excellent and recordings can be transferred directly via Wi-Fi with double encryption. People who work in the property or construction industry in particular also value the scratch- and shock-resistant SpeechAir with its Gorilla Glass, meaning the recorder is a durable and robust tool.
Dictation recorder app and SpeechLive complete the solution
"Normally I dictate with my SpeechAir, but if I am out and about for a short time I will quite happily use the Philips app on my smartphone. It doesn't matter which device I record on: all dictations go straight to my SpeechLive portal, which I – and my back-office staff – can access easily via a web browser," explains Ingo Bischof.
SpeechLive: your new typist
Depending on the type of recording, Ingo Bischof decides whether to use the SpeechLive speech recognition service or the certified Philips transcription service. For work instructions to his team that need to be transcribed quickly, the speech recognition service is ideal, as it creates the text in no time at all. For more complex content, such as contracts, he opts for the transcription service, as it yields more accurate results, even when technical terms are used. Both versions are extremely cost-effective using the pay-per-use model: you only pay for them if you actually use them.
"Overall my life has become much simpler since I started to use Philips dictation solutions. But my clients are the real winners thanks to the shorter response times!" says a very happy – and very impressed – Ingo Bischof.
