Why does my computer not recognize the VoiceTracer when it is connected via a USB?

Try one of the following: 

- If you are using a USB hub, connect the VoiceTracer directly to a USB port on your computer without using a hub. 

- Reboot your computer. 

- Connect the VoiceTracer to a different USB port on your computer. 

- Connect the VoiceTracer to a different computer.

- Restart your VoiceTracer.
