Many years have already passed since the law firm Lewis, King, Krieg & Waldrop, in Tennessee, decided on Philips digital dictation systems. Until then, the firm worked with old fashioned cassettes and analogue dictation devices - for reasons of cost.

However, frustration with these outdated work methods rose, both in the administration as well as with the lawyers. Since the introduction of the digital dictation system, the law firm has not only been able to save a lot of time, but also costs in the long term.
